Assemblymembers Ting & McCarty Discuss Audit of UC President's Office

(SACRAMENTO, CA) – Assemblymembers Phil Ting (D-San Francisco), Chair of the Assembly Budget Committee, and Kevin McCarty (D-Sacramento), Chair of the Assembly Budget Subcommittee on Education Finance, held a media availability to discuss the critical findings of an independent state audit released today about the budgeting practices and operations of University of California’s Office of the President.  The two requested the audit last year.  Audio of their media availability is available here.
