AB 40, Protecting Free Bridge Access – protects free sidewalk access for pedestrians and bicyclists crossing all state owned bridges and the Golden Gate Bridge.

AB 154, Federal Tax Conformity – streamlines and reduces costs of tax administration by aligning our state income tax rules to federal rules.

AB 576, Green Building Standards – strengthens the state’s commitment to sustainable construction practices by authorizing energy and resource efficiency professionals to serve on advisory panels of the California Building Standards Commission.

AB 681, Board of Equalization Survey Reform – improves the efficiency of performance audits conducted on every county assessor’s office throughout the State by allowing the Board of Equalization to focus its energy on a larger portion of the assessment roll in a shorter period of time.

AB 746, Restoring San Francisco Bay – clarifies the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority’s existing ability to issue bonds, if approved by voters, in order to restore critical bay wetlands along the San Francisco Bay shoreline.

AB 790, Fire Protection– ensures the safety and reliability of portable fire extinguishers kept in homes, businesses, and schools in case of emergency.

AB 887, E-Ballot Delivery – authorizes county elections officials to send a voter a ballot electronically, promoting increased access to the democratic process and boosting voter participation.

AB 945, Zero Emission/Clean Car  Tax Benefits – creates sales tax incentives for Californians to purchase zero-emission and clean vehicle sales to help meet California’s climate and air quality goals.

AB 946, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure – prioritizes the development of electric vehicle recharging infrastructure within disadvantaged communities within the $100 million Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program to ensure that this technology is more accessible to all Californians.

AB 1040, Proposition 13 Reformcloses the "change of ownership" loophole where businesses game real estate transactions to avoid a tax reassessment during the sale of property.

AB 1073, Prescription Label Translation– requires pharmacists to provide limited English proficient  patients with translated standardized directions for use on prescription drug labels, ensuring all patients understand how to take their medication safely.

AB 1110, Power Content Labeling - requires all retail suppliers of energy to use a statewide standard to disclose the greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) associated with the electricity sold to customers, ensuring that all Californians have simple, transparent, and uniform information about GHG emissions associated with their energy use.

AB 1132, Green Jobs – evaluates opportunities for green workforce training programs related to renewable distributed generation in order to ensure California has a workforce ready to meet its goals to expand renewable energy supplies.

AB 1215, Transparency through Open Data – makes California a leader in open data for improved transparency through creating a Chief Data Officer tasked with presiding over a centralized online information portal for state agencies to submit standardized data for public access.

AB 1283, Juror Non-Discrimination – protects individuals from being barred from jury service due to their marital status, modeling juror non-discrimination statutes in other states.

AB 1321, CA Nutrition Incentives Act – expands access to healthy food by doubling the purchasing power for families utilizing nutrition benefits, such as CalFresh, when they buy California Grown fruit and vegetables at local farmers’ markets or qualified small businesses.

AB 1360, On-Demand Carpooling – enables transportation network companies - like Lyft, Uber, and Sidecar - to offer shared rides to customers with similar pickup locations and destinations on a pre-arranged route if the individual fare for each passenger is less expensive than what would be charged if a single passenger traveled alone.

AB 1385, Financial Accountability in Accreditation – gives community colleges the right to vote on assessments they must pay for legal fees incurred by their accreditor in order to end the blank check scenario that redirects education funding from the classroom to the courtroom.

AB 1397, Accreditation Reform – enacts comprehensive community college accreditation reforms to ensure fairness, objectivity, and transparency in the process – notably the establishment of a conflict of interest code, preserving due process rights, and ensuring public access and accountability.

ACR 41, Sunshine Week – designates March 15, 2015, through March 21, 2015, as Sunshine Week, promoting open government and access to public information.
