Summer Update from Assemblymember Catherine Stefani

As your Assemblymember, I’m working hard in the final month of this year’s legislative session to deliver results that matter, including investing in public safety, protecting access to healthcare, and defending our democracy. With bills now being finalized, I’m making sure our district’s priorities are front and center in Sacramento.

One of the most important steps we’ve taken recently is passing legislation to put congressional redistricting before California voters. While other states are undermining democracy, California is doing the opposite—putting voters in charge.

It’s been a privilege to join so many community events across San Francisco and northern San Mateo County this past summer. From neighborhood gatherings to cultural celebrations, I’m grateful for every opportunity to connect with you and carry your voices to the Capitol.
