I hope you are staying safe during our unusually wet winter. From street flooding to fallen trees and other debris, the storm damage is significant throughout our district. Over the weekend, President Biden approved a federal emergency declaration for California. This means we are getting more help to respond to these storms and the aftermath, as well as opening up more resources for our state. The additional support could also provide aid to qualified residents and businesses impacted by our severe weather systems. If and when federal financial assistance is approved for this disaster, it will be displayed here. Information is updated every hour.
