Assemblymember Ting Honors Veteran of the Year

Assemblymember Phil Ting honors his Veteran of the Year, Shannon Kissinger (center), a San Francisco native and resident of the Richmond.  He served in the United States Navy from 1996 to 2001 and now works to help homeless veterans.
