Doniece Sandoval is the founder and CEO of Lava Mae, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that is disrupting the way communities see and serve people moving through homelessness. From mobile hygiene services to pop-up Care Villages, Lava Mae is taking "radical hospitality" to the streets by bringing humanity, innovation, and collaboration to the way services are provided to those experiencing homelessness.
