Join me at my Community Breakfast at the California Academy of Sciences on Saturday, September 30, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. We'll meet on the East Patio to discuss my recent legislation and the many highlights of this year's state budget. For our district, I was able to secure $20 million for several community projects throughout San Francisco and northern San Mateo County.
As we plan for what will be my final legislative session next year, please share your concerns and ideas on what more we can do to move our state forward.
Constituent events like this offer a unique opportunity to connect in person, and everyone is welcome. Invite your friends and neighbors. Free breakfast at no taxpayer expense will be provided for the first 100 attendees.
Please note: The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival starts at 11 a.m. in the western part of Golden Gate Park that same day, plan your travel accordingly. I highly encourage you to use public or active transportation, such as biking and walking. Bike parking is located on Music Concourse Drive. The Community Breakfast is also accessible via MUNI lines: 44 O'Shaughnessy, 5 Fulton, 7 Haight, and N Judah.
See you there,
