• Saturday, April 27 at 10 am: In support of the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department and Golden Gate Audubon Society, join me for Earth Day to improve the bird habitat at North Lake in Golden Gate Park. The work will include removing invasive plants and maintaining the gardens. Information will also be available about what California is doing to support our environment and address global warming. 

• Sunday, April 28 at 9 am: My annual Bike Safety Fair will be held at Giannini Middle School's Spring Fling. Kids of all ages can get training on how to ride a bike safely and learn about the Safe Routes to School program, while everyone else can hear about legislation that affects our community. While there, also get free bike tune-ups, bike riding lessons, helmets, gardening tips and more. Bikes will also be available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own!

• Thursday, May 16 at 5 pm: Come hear about the state's finances at my Budget Town Hall, which will be held at Argonne Elementary School. I will share with you current information about the Legislature's and Governor's priorities in a fiscal year that faces declining tax revenues. We will also honor Assembly District 19's Women of the Year. You are strongly encouraged to wear a mask at this indoor site.

• Sunday, June 30 at 10:00 am: Celebrate love, diversity and equal rights for everyone by marching with me at the San Francisco Pride Parade. In a crucial election year when LGBTQ+ rights are under assault across the country, this year's theme is "Beacon of Love" to reflect the undiminished spirit of our great city as a global leader in the fight for inclusion and equality. Your friends and family are welcome to join us too. During the last week of June, the location of where to meet prior to the start of the parade will be emailed to those who RSVP. After the march, lunch will follow at an outdoor courtyard at UC Law San Francisco. Tickets will be provided at the end of the parade route.
